Sales Executive (Robotics | Logistics) - Up to $4,500 Basic Salary + Allowance

• Position: Sales Executive/Engineer (ROBOTICS)
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 Basic Salary + $1,000 Transport Allowance + 2%-4% Commission Profit + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Cleaning robotic

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
• Identify opportunities to grow and retain accounts by upselling and cross-selling products/services
• Participate in pre-sales activities, such as exhibitions, product demos, and solution discussions
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Assist in creating sales proposals, quotes, and presentations, ensuring accuracy
• Collect market feedback on product performance, customer needs, and industry trends
• Work with other departments (operations, engineering, support) to resolve issues and meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Diploma in any Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic or relevant Engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant robotic sales experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Possess Class 3/Class 2 driving license and own vehicle
