Sales Executive (Construction/Metal Roofing/Ceiling) -Up to $4700

• Position: Sales Executive
• Location: Tampines
• Working hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Saturday half day (8.30am-12.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4700 + AWS + Transport allowance/reimbursement + Medical Fees of $500 annually
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Contrucstion materials- Metal roofing, ceiling and aluminium

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sales quotations and proposals based on clients' requirements and follow-up with clients regularly
• Responsible for preparing all other sales related documentations, and carrying out sales related duties and administrative procedures
• Liaise with clients, vendors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
• Establish new business links, prospecting leads and contacting hem to pitch company's products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, while gathering feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams
• Preparation of appropriate presentations on products and services, and pitching to prospects
• Research and analyse sales options, recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Achieve Sales Targets & Business Objectives
• Collect & analyse information, prepare data and sales reports

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering, or Sales / Marketing or its equivalent will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Sales preferred
• Candidates with Class 3 Driving License and has their own vehicles preferred, but candidates without will be considered
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers only
