Sales Interior Designer

Monthly Payment: Attractive Incentive Scheme + High % Commission

Responsibilities:

Determine the houseowner’s goals and requirements of the renovation project.

Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.

Prepare presentation proposal/quotation/contract via system or software.

Create a timeline for the renovation project and tabulate profitable project earning against project cost.

Liaise with sub-con/supplier for material(s) order and work(s) arrangement.

Visit project site to ensure the progress in good condition.

Fulfill the necessary processes to ensure the complete handover to houseowner before submission of close project.

Assist Team Director in ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

No prior experience in Interior Design needed. Training will be provided.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be positive and motivated.

Must be sales oriented.
