Sales Manager (Linear Technology) - Up to $6,500 + Allowance + Commission

• Position: Sales Manager
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 Basic Salary + Transport Allowance $1,000 + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Modern linear technology

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand region
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Achievement of individual and team annual sales targets
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Profitability of Business Units product sales and overall profit margins
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
• Monitor and conduct weekly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, customer service and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals
• Provide training and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

Requirements:

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in linear technology or related industries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• In-depth understanding of the machine tool industry, semiconductor, medical devices, and metrology and inspection industries
