· Developing an understanding of all aspects of the airline’s requirements, travel market trend and network
requirements.
· Responsible for the revenue and profit generation.
· Driving all campaigns under his/her responsibility, performing and execute pro-active campaign planning.
· Collect and report latest market and trade developments.
· Promoting the company’s product related to passenger sales to potential clients, companies and trade.
· Strong analytical skills and business sense.
· Providing training and support to team members, helping them develop new skills, and ensuring they are up-to-
date on the latest technologies and procedures.
· Maintain relationships with existing travel agents and potential agents to prospect for new business
· Assist to manage and lead the Sales team to meet team goals and target
· Co-ordinate and execute HQ requirement to meet the company business direction and targets.
· Self-motivated individual that can work independently.
