Responsibilities:
● Greet, address customers’ inquiries, and assist customers in selecting the right
mobile accessories based on their needs and preferences.
● Provide expert product and/or service recommendations, demonstrating
knowledge of the latest accessories, trends, and technologies.
● Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and encourage
repeat business.
● Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of mobile accessories we offer,
including phone cases, screen protectors, and more.
● Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately.
● Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance.
● Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
● Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation
of the store.
● Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual
merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
● Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
● Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform general repairs (e.g. screens, batteries,
etc.) for various issues with smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices to
help our customers identify their device issues and needs.
● Participate in ongoing training provided by the company to stay up to date with
the latest repair techniques and technologies.
● Other related work assigned by the Supervisor.
