1) Sales Management
- Drive car sales, handle buyer/seller negotiations, and oversee consignment arrangements.
- Manage vehicle intake, postings, pricing analysis, and end-to-end sales documentation.
2) Client Engagement & Lead Handling
- Be the main point of contact for incoming leads (via WhatsApp Business platform).
- Coordinate with marketing for ad placements and maintain regular seller updates.
- Track leads and provide market feedback to clients.
3) Workshop & Vehicle Readiness
- Work with in-house workshops (Sprayboxx & Porschify) for car grooming and repairs.
- Ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready and service compliant.
4) Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of at least 3 Sales Agents within the first 3 months.
- Oversee team performance and support both internal and external lead generation.
5) Reporting & Strategy
- Provide regular updates to the Director on sales progress, team output, and market trends.
Who Weβre Looking For
- Experience in car sales, retail sales, or related fields preferred.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage both clients and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business is a bonus.
