Senior Director of Corporate Strategy

Job Description:

1. Develop the Group’s mid- to long-term strategic plans and break down business objectives for each product line, with a particular focus on new markets, emerging technologies, and new product directions.
2. Based on the company’s strategic plan, build analytical frameworks for target markets and industries; conduct in-depth analysis on sub-sectors, product markets, value chains, and key companies; deliver thematic research reports.
3. Evaluate the strategic and commercial value of new R&D projects initiated by the Group's Research Institute.
4. Support the overseas investment team by preparing relevant project documents and participating in presentations to the Group Investment Committee.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning; English proficiency sufficient for daily work and professional communication.
2. Experience in top international management consulting firms or well-known enterprises with a global background is preferred.
3. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to solve problems independently.
