We are scaling up our events management capabilities. This role will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients inquiries and driving sales.
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client satisfaction
- Drive event sales by actively identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand event objectives, goals and requirements
- Provide expert advice and guidance on event logistics, venue options, catering, technology and other event related services
- Develop customised proposals, event concepts and budgets tailored to client's needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Draft and negotiate event contracts and terms, ensuring clarity of deliverables and mutual agreements
- Oversee the creation of event timeline, vendor management and post-event follow up to ensure clients' satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality and related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales, business development, etc
- Proven track records of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays when required
