Senior Facilities Executive

Oversee the comprehensive management of all physical facilities within the organization. Ensuring that the facilities are safe, functional, and cost-efficient while supporting the organization’s overall operational objectives.

Facilities Management

· Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facility infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

· Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as required.

· Monitor and ensure adherence to established cleaning schedules across all areas of the facility.

· Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards are consistently met.

· Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and organisation policies.

· Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

· Support space planning initiatives, including workspace allocation, reconfiguration, and optimization of facility layouts.

· Prepare reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance metrics.

· To perform or assist in any other tasks or projects as assigned by the organization.

Project Management

· Lead and manage construction, renovation, and relocation projects.

· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.

Vendor Management

· Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.

· Oversee the performance of external contractors to ensure quality service delivery.

Emergency Preparedness

· Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

· Ensure facilities are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies such as fire emergencies, flood and water damage, power outages, gas leaks, or security breaches.
