Senior HRBP Manager – Manufacturing (West)

Our client is a US based MNC in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their manufacturing site as a strategic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Director and senior business leaders to shape company culture, support business growth, and drive HR excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organisational goals, supporting key initiatives such as culture transformation, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with managers and employees to provide expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
• Lead succession planning and high-potential talent programs, while championing employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
• Act as a change agent, advising on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, and workforce capability needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, while supporting continuous improvement across HR practices.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure coordinated, consistent HR service delivery.

Requirements :

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualifications are a plus.
• At least 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure from a Healthcare manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and HR systems (HRIS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• A problem-solver with a hands-on approach and passion for supporting both people and business outcomes.
