We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team for large-scale cleanroom facility construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the HVAC system design review, site installation supervision, testing & commissioning, and provide technical guidance for the construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the installation of HVAC systems, including chilled water piping, air handling units, and ductwork for cleanroom facilities.
- Conduct technical design reviews, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Supervise on-site installation, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead the testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation.
- Train and guide junior engineers and site supervisors in HVAC system operations and maintenance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning for industrial or cleanroom projects.
- Familiar with international HVAC standards (ASHRAE) and Singapore local codes.
- Proven experience in managing site works and leading technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other HVAC design software is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with China-based and Singapore-based stakeholders.

Salary Range
SGD 3,000 – 5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
