Senior Programme Executive

Job Summary

Serve as the overseer of all programmes in Active Ageing Centre (AAC) and Senior Care Centre (SCC). Develop quality standards in key programmes for Senior Services and ensure consistency of programme delivery. Work with key stakeholders and collaborators to provide quality programme for seniors.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Develop a set of core and elective senior centric programmes in AAC and SCC according to guidelines provided by MOH/ Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)
2. Implement core and elective programmes
3. Strategize plans to promote programmes to the seniors
4. Engage internal and external stakeholders to develop quality programmes that meet the physical, emotional and mental needs of seniors
5. Support outreach of AAC and SCC
6. Work closely with volunteer and community enagement lead to ensure alignment of programmes with Senior Services
7. Work with funding source in implementation of existing and new programmes and programmes on trial
8. Utilise data analystics to understand effectiveness of programmes across all services and perform regular programme evaluation.

Additional Responsibility

1. Attend to any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Specification

1. Degree in Social Work or related fields.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in social services or similar sector
