To lead a team of engineers to deliver successful process transfers from development stage to mass production and meeting all KPIs set
Job Description
- Assist the department manager to perform the delivery duties according to the authorization of the department manager
- Execution of the duties of the deputy manager and the execution and coordination of the project
- Supervise and execute the project in charge
- Planning and supervising the design, development and experimental product verification of new process technology
- Plan and supervise process simplification and derivative new process product development to increase productivity
- Plan and supervise product PROD management
- Plan and supervise WAT testing and effective data analysis to improve process capability
- Work closely with PE to make mass production of new products smooth
- Worked as an officer in the fab of the fab
- Coordinate and integrate various departments of the factory as well as Product, CIM and QRA departments to improve product yield and reliability
- Simplify, establish new derivative processes and increase productivity
- Responsible for establishing the WAT test system and process across the plant
- Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality and capability of the WAT test system
- Responsible for creating and improving WAT test program
- Personnel management, training, motivation and performance evaluation
- Annual budget preparation and control
- Planning and distribution of annual training programs and improvement programs
- Plan to promote the annual technology research and development program
- Implement and promote the company's quality/confidentiality/work safety and other strategies
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology development, product transfer or process integration related scope
- Solid understanding of device physics, fabrication techniques, and challenges related to process compatibility and integration
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and comfortable liaising with Mandarin Speaking Counterparts from Taiwan
- Experience in volume manufacturing environment and working with CMOS foundries or IDMs. Exposure to FMEA, DOE, SPC, and 8D methodologies and data analysis tools such as JMP
- Strong leadership capability and able to drive cross-teams to deliver common goals
- Independent, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic result driven environment
- Possess strong analytical and planning skills to manage and executive key transfer programs/projects well
