Service Coordinator

Job Description

Join our team as a Service Coordinator and be the first point of contact for customers at our automotive service centre. You will manage vehicle check-ins, coordinate service needs, and ensure customers receive professional and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Maintain consistent front desk coverage during operating hours
• Prepare and manage vehicle check-in documentation
• Review vehicle service history and confirm current concerns with customers
• Perform preliminary vehicle evaluations for visible or reported issues
• Coordinate service details with the Service Advisor team
• Classify service types (minor/major repairs, mechanical/bodywork) and direct cases accordingly

Skills and Requirements

• Basic vehicle knowledge is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Proactive and customer-focused team player
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Self-motivated and responsible

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
