• Position : Service Engineer (Scientific) - Up to $5,300 - Changi Business Park
• Location : Changi Business Park
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Semi-Conductor Industry

Responsibilities:

• Provide Installation, Commissioning, Training, Calibration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repairing of related products at customer sites.
• Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing good services support.
• Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive maintenance contract
• Working closely with our internal sales and technical team.
• Providing training to end users and distributors.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
• Preferably more than 4 years working experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments.
• Knowledge of scientific and analytical analyzer such as Particle Size Analyzer, X-ray Fluorescence, Spectroscopy, ICP Spectrometer.
• Preferably with own transport
