SHAWARMA CHEF

Position: Shawarma Chef
Location: Tampines Mrt

Job Scope:

• Prepare and cook authentic shawarma.
• Slice, grill, and assemble shawarma to order with consistent quality and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Manage food inventory, preparation, and restocking of ingredients.
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed according to Singapore standards.
• Take and prepare orders quickly during busy periods.
• Coordinate with the service counter for smooth order delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef.
• Able to work independently in a small kitchen setup.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness.
• Must have related work experience and set up atleast 3 years
