Shift Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

• Coordinate shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
• Conduct shift handover meetings, providing clear communication of ongoing issues and targets to achieve.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise during the shift.
• Prepare and present shift reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement

Safety / 5S:

• Site Incident Controller (SIC), leads the CERT to respond to any emergency situations
• Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times

People Development:

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members to foster skill development and career growth

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications :

Degree - Fresh

Diploma – Minimum 6 years relevant experience

Technical / Job Knowledge :

Basic computer skills preferably in MS office. Advantagous to have basic cleanroom knowledge. Knowledge in SQL will be advantageous

Good team player, good communications and leadership skills
