• Position :Shipping Assistant/Coordinator (Air freight/Sea freight- TMS)
• Location : Sunview- Pioneer
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS +Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee team activities, track performance, and report progress.
• Daily jobs receives and Scheduling Management
• Update and communicate on daily transportation schedules
• Implement and improve Transportation Management System features.
• Prepare and submit accurate billing and invoices.
• Uphold company values and track goal progress.
• Arranging import/export shipments and coordinating with freight partners and customers.
• Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to/fro various destinations.
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance.
• Process import/export shipping documentation (Delivery Order, Arrival Notice, Bill of Lading,Permits etc.)
• Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities.
• Perform billing, cost analysis, and payment follow-up tasks.
• Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in handling shipping/Transportation documentation.
• Experience in managing Air and Ocean freight shipments is preferred
