Job Descriptions

• Control and monitoring of sub con progress.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work and settle drawing issues with technical team & consultants.
• Plan and prepare prelims, budgeting and monitor cost report.
• Plan for site access during different stages of work.
• Planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement and control usage and wastages of all.
• Manage relationships with clients and their representatives (architects and engineers), including attending regulat meetings to keep them informed of progress.
