Site Project Manager (Consultant) for HDB Upgrading Project

The full-time Site Project Manager is to be exclusively full time on site to assist the Architect in performing the project management and day-to-day operations to achieve the objectives :

1) To deliver the upgrading works, phases and overall project within the period specified or approved and within the budget allotted;

2) To deliver the quality specified and required

3) To ensure the works are carried out safely and with minimum inconvenience to the residents.

The Site Project Manager shall possess

1) An Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree. The degree shall be recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA.

2) Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.
