Key Responsibilities

• Support Social Workers in delivering casework and community-based interventions.
• Plan, organise, and implement programmes and outreach activities within the community.
• Coordinate with volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.

Scope of Work

• Provide support for casework sessions, home visits, and related services.
• Conduct outreach to rough sleepers and coordinate shelter-related activities.
• Plan and implement programmes and events to engage and support the community.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with diverse clients, including those from low-income families.
• Keen interest in developing counselling and social work competencies.
