What You’ll Do

• Lead category growth through smart business planning and trend-driven product curation
• Develop powerful promotions to drive sales and in-store excitement
• Design planograms and pricing strategies that maximize visibility and profit
• Build lasting partnerships with suppliers, licensees, and OEMs
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Ensure inventory health, cost optimization, and policy compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in category management (Beverages & Tobacco or Fresh Category)
• Strong in merchandising, supplier management, and campaign execution
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for data-driven decisions
