• Position: Telesales Consultant (Legacy & Wealth Management) – Up to Gross $4,000 or more
• Location: Raffles Place - Near MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 Basic + Sales Incentives + Annual Leavse + Medical Benefits + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Wealth & Estate Management

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver scripted talks to promote company products/services and persuade potential customers
• Provide information about products/services to customers
• Collect customer details (name, address, etc.) for shipping/service delivery
• Maintain records of contacted customers and opt-out requests
• Follow up with past customers for potential sales
• Conduct cold calls using provided leads (phone directories, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
• Handle incoming calls from prospective customers

Requirements:

• Minimum of O’ Levels at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
