• Position : Trade Executive (COC) – Up to $5,000 – Temasek Avenue – Exp in Voyage Allocation
• Location : Temasek Avenue
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM to 6.00 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the voyage-based allocation for areas and control/optimize the utilization to ensure profitability of the services.
• Actively steer and optimize the utilization as well as the profitability
• Actively manage the slot control activities including slot purchase and sale
• Manage communication and coordination with partners on operational processes
• Reports to the Manager for assigned service management
• Participate in trade and service optimization
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Shipping / Transportation or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in voyage allocation for container (CSA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
