Position: Duty IT Desktop Engineer (Onsite - ) (Urgent! ASAP)

Basic Salary: $2500~$2700
Mon - Fri: 8.30am~6am
Location: Pasir Ris (East) (IKEA Area)

Contract: 2 Years Renewable

Talent Competency Wise
• Min 2 Years & Above of Related IT SUPPORT Experiences (Must Have)
• Min Diploma/Degree in IT / Engineering Onwards (Must Have)
• High Proficiency Bilingual Communication & Presentation Skillset (Spoken/Read/Written - From 7~10/10, Self-Guage)• Technical Knowledge in Window OS, Microsoft Office application, Lotus Notes & Some Basic Networking Knowledge
• Able to Work in Clean Room (FAB) Environment
• Must be Able to Support Desktop in Term of Hardware & Software

JobScopes Duty Wise
• Provide basic troubleshooting support over the phone/email and deskside on technical issues related to desktop/network and hardware issues

• Logging of issues and follow up till closure

• Provide technical advice on functional features on hardware/software peripherals

• Provide deskside support to office users to resolve the technical issues on their devices

• Assist the Systems team to support end-user deployment projects when needed
