• Position: Vice President (VP) - Up to $15,000 - Bukit Batok
• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $15,000 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across sales, production, and business development to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Partner with the CEO to develop, refine, and implement long-term growth strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and market opportunities.
• Continuously assess operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Lead, mentor, and empower department heads to drive performance, foster collaboration, and maintain a high-performance culture across teams.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Proactively identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management to maximize operational efficiency while supporting financial targets.

Requirements:

• Must have previous work experience in China
• Preferably with related experience in ACMV or related fields
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
