Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Assist in unloading incoming goods and verifying quantity and condition against delivery orders/invoices.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisor immediately.
- Sort, label, and store items in designated areas to ensure easy retrieval.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates.
- Update inventory systems and assist in preparing basic reports.
- File and organize documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and checklists.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Transport, Customer Service, QA) to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to supervisors and other team members when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferred.
- Certification to ride a forklift truck preferred.
- Must be able to work well in a team.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions; able to work independently with little guidance.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, and lift heavy materials.
- Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

- Working Hours: 5.5 working days,
- Company Transport: Pick-up points - Bedok, Pasir Ris, Tampines, Punggol, Sengkang.
