Applying for the CEAS is straightforward, with three dedicated locations available across the Pasir Ris-Changi area. Please note that all centres are closed on Public Holidays.

Pasir Ris Central Community Club: Visit us daily from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Pasir Ris East Community Club: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
