Hatha Yoga (Elementary)

Yin Yoga
Experience the profound benefits of Yin Yoga, a slower-paced style where poses are held for longer durations, targeting deep connective tissues and promoting meditative stillness. This practice is excellent for increasing flexibility, calming the mind, and releasing tension.
We offer two convenient sessions for Yin Yoga:
- Monday Session: Every Monday, 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Sign up for Monday Yin Yoga.
- Saturday Session: Every Saturday, 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM. Sign up for Saturday Yin Yoga.
