"I was told that we could cancel our gym membership over the phone, but nothing was done, and the recurring payment was still charged to my debit card. This company's ethics seem unprofessional. I do not recommend this gym for anyone looking to sign up."

This year, my resolution is to find a gym that suits my needs, and after searching for a while, I believe I've found the right one! I'm focused on criteria like location, cleanliness, size, types of equipment, maintenance, and the trainers' experience. The gym I'm reviewing is open 24/7 and is quite large for a neighborhood location. Due to the ample space, there’s a wide variety of equipment, and I was happy to find many of my favorite machines available. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I signed up on the spot after a staff member gave me a detailed tour of the gym and explained the membership costs. The gym’s facilities are well-kept. The toilets are clean, and they even have showers with heaters, which is a nice touch. There's never any unpleasant smell inside the gym, and all the equipment is clean and well-maintained. I also signed up for personal training with Trainer Mas, who walked me through my workout plan and showed me how to use the equipment. He’s very knowledgeable, and his coaching style, which includes different techniques, helped me understand the workouts better. I now feel confident working independently toward my fitness goals.
