Food was average, but the service and ordering system need a lot of work.
After being seated, nobody attended to me. I tried to use the QR code to order, but couldn't pay. I finally asked someone, and they said the QR code wasn't working. I then queued up for a long time to order because the cashier was very slow. When I reached the front, I was told I had to sit down to order if dining in. The person who finally came to take my order didn't know where the items were on the digital menu. He told me I had to queue up again to pay. It was an absolute mess. They need to have clear signs explaining the ordering process, and the staff need to be trained better.
The food took about 20 minutes to arrive. The quality was mixed. The Western food wasn't fresh and was probably cooked hours before.

"Egg shells in the egg kothu paratha... A waste of food and money. They don't seem worried about the quality of the food."

I was attracted by the food offerings of this place, so I made an effort to come over for lunch on a hot Saturday.
Upon being seated, the waitress was quick to offer the menus from the five stores here. After a couple of minutes, I placed my order. That was the high point of my visit.
One of my two drink orders was wrong. But hey, small issue, no worries.
Then came the looooong wait. First came the onion utthapam, which was okay, not bad.
Then, after a looooong wait, came my very dry-looking garlic naan. And my Gobi Manchurian became Gobi Masala. Alamak. This order needed to be changed.
After an eternity, my pasta carbonara must still have been in Italy. I nicely asked the waitress to check, as I didn't see any cook at the western store. Oops, she claimed they didn't receive the order.
Eventually, the pasta came. The taste was alright, but I really wasn't in the mood to dine by then.
Oh yes, this place is bloody noisy. The western store was blasting English pop music, and the Mamak store was playing Melayu music. OMFG. My little Coachella.
So, it's slow, very slow, noisy, and really, really hot (thanks to the scorching sun).

The newly opened, or "re-opened," ABC restaurant in Elias Mall has bad service. The food portions we ordered were very small. Even though there are fewer people during the current fasting month, the service was slower than before. We ordered the western chicken wing set, and the picture showed yellow rice, but we were given white rice. I'm not going to go there anymore. Pasir Ris, take note.

Newly opened, but needs a lot of improvement. Pricing doesn't tally, and the ordering system needs significant improvement. There are a lot of choices, but none of the dishes are good. I ordered half a steamed chicken, and the chopping was only half done. The worst part is the chicken was still raw inside.

This halal food court was renovated and is strongly back in action as of mid-April 2025. Awesome Indian, Malay, and Thai-Chinese halal dishes are available. Love their Kashmiri Naan! Prices are fair (see menu posted).

"24-hour halal dining. I enjoyed the food here; it was tasty, served hot, and arrived swiftly. Prices are very affordable. I especially enjoyed the prata, naan, and biryani with dal tadka and mutton keema."

"They just reopened. Food-wise, it's okay, slightly pricey, but alright. If you consider it a slightly premium kopitiam and a place for late-night eating (makan) with friends in the area, this place is okay to dine in."
