I had a disappointing experience at this shop. On my first visit, I was quoted around $19 to fix a single brake (either front or back). When I returned a second time, the price suddenly jumped to $25 for the same service, with no explanation offered. When I inquired about the change, the owner responded rudely and avoided giving a clear answer. He was unfriendly and dismissive during both of my visits. I won’t be returning, and I don't recommend this place if you value honest and respectful service.

"Great shop with a wide selection of bikes and accessories. I've bought three bikes from here and had no problems. The service is straightforward. For repairs, the price is shared upfront, so there are no surprises."

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the owner is super rude.
I was having some issues with my bicycle, so I pushed it all the way here (I even called before I came). He told me in a very rude tone that the check would take a very long time, but I didn't mind waiting since I had pushed my bike all the way there. Then he said he didn't have time for me today, but when I was about to ask for an alternative day to come back, he kept going on about how he'd charge for each individual part he was checking. It sounded like he was using the "long waiting time" and "high cost" to scare me off, so I guessed that he was possibly choosing customers and it's unfortunate that my bike problem would take up too much of his precious time, so I wasn't "selected." So, you might want to think twice about bringing your faulty bike here. But if you do come, you might want to approach the nicer and friendlier Chinese uncle (the slightly younger one) instead of the rude owner (longer hair).

I asked the mechanic to help me remove my BB and told him I only had $10. He agreed, but upon finishing the service, he said I had to pay $20 and refused to return my bike until I paid the extra $10. Avoid this shop at all costs. Go to any other shop besides this one. It's a huge scam.

"Scam store that refused to adjust my derailleur, claiming my shifter was broken. Thankfully, that happened because I went home and learned how to do it myself anyway. I learned a new skill today."

Overpriced and likely not genuine parts. I paid $70 for a "Blooke" brand headset with a VP cap – mismatched parts. The owner claimed it was a Taiwan-made headset, but similar ones can be bought online for barely $10 and are from China. When I called to inquire, the owner claimed it was due to "workmanship" and shop maintenance costs. This is very dishonest and cheats consumers. I will never visit this bicycle shop in Elias Mall again. A very bad and unpleasant experience. Please reconsider and do a background check on the brand, price, and country of origin of the product before buying from this shop. If possible, avoid dealing with this shop. Just sharing this to create awareness so other consumers will be aware and not get cheated by this shop.

"I was charged $20 for a brake cable and two brake pads. The workmanship was decent, and the service was fast. Nothing to complain about."

"I can only say the boss, lady boss, and staff are all very rude. To all cyclists, please never go to this shop; it will spoil your mood. I wish I could give zero stars."

"A very overpriced bike shop. The owner and boss are very rude and ignore me when I request their help. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get them to repair my wheel. Most of the staff are rude as well, and give me a "you're annoying" look."

"Go to any bike shop but here. The uncle is damn rude, especially the bald one. And the way he looks at people, like he wants to quit his job! Damn overpriced, but the biggest problem is the staff; they're very rude. In summary: don't come here unless you want to pay a lot and be spoken to by rude uncles."
