Disappointing experience. Old uncles who still seem to think they have the ability to cut hair. You're better off shaving yourself at home; you'll probably do a better and cheaper job. This place rarely uses a comb and scissors.

Well, it's interesting to see how my beloved barber shop has changed over the years. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time now, but recently I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of their services. While I was hesitant to write a review, I couldn't help but share my experience. The barber who cut my hair was certainly friendly, but unfortunately, my specific requests were not met. It's funny how they ask what you want, but then completely disregard it. I guess I shouldn't have expected much, especially since they seem to have lost their touch. Despite my disappointment, it's worth noting that the staff are still friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. But really, what's the point if they can't even provide a decent haircut? I hope they take note of customer feedback and make some changes soon. Until then, I'll be getting my haircuts elsewhere.

"The barbers don't seem to care about what the customer is saying and just cut hair their own way. I've tried all the barbers there, and they are all bad. I suggest people never get their hair cut here; they are very rude, too."

The haircuts here are inconsistent. I've received generally okay cuts in the past, but my recent visits have been disappointing. One of the regular barbers, a slightly elderly Malay man with glasses, delivers consistently poor haircuts. He seems incapable of operating steadily with his hands and eyes, and this often results in uneven cuts. The cuts weren't improved even after showing sample photos. Unless absolutely necessary, I'm at my last straw and will not be returning again.

"Very nice and friendly barber. I've always visited this place for my haircuts, and I've always had a great cut every time. Once, I had to come in rather late for a haircut before ICT (NSmen will be very familiar with this ;P), and it was almost closing time. Yet, the barber kindly accommodated my needs and was really friendly overall. My haircut was fine and well done, even though it was last minute. Sure, the shop isn't as big as others, and it might not have the latest equipment or the biggest space, but what it does have is the heart of someone who just wants to give you a good haircut that you will be happy with, at a good price. Don't be dissuaded by the negative reviews here, as it's only a handful who have sounded off about their experience. Out of hundreds of satisfied cuts without any feedback, only a few turn out awry, and that's what you'd usually see in the reviews. 10/10, will totally have my haircut here again."
