I ordered a regular size pizza, but when it arrived, it looked like a personal pizza. The cinnamon bread also looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. The amount of fries was way less than expected.

I couldn't find a zero-star option, so I'm giving it one star.
This was the worst food we've ever had.
1. The garlic bread wasn't even baked properly. We ordered two and didn't even eat a single piece.
2. The pizzas were only half-made.
Please make sure to serve good food to attract customers. This is my last order 😡
Note: We had the same thing at the Domino's in Expo and loved it, but here it was the worst – it's hard to even explain how bad it was.

"Ordered through Grab and then received a message saying my order was being delivered by Foodpanda. It turned out that when the food arrived, it was someone else's order! A totally different order. I tried to call their number, but the line was busy the whole time; I couldn't even get through. Horrible."

Me and my family's first and, regretfully, our last visit there. There was no welcome greeting, and we even had to ask if the store was open! We chose to dine in, but the pizzas were served in boxes, not hot like a takeaway order would be. Only three tables were available, and it was very dirty. There were dead insects on the chairs; we ended up cleaning them ourselves! Staff were hardly to be found at the counter. The worst part was the toilet area: it was full of dead cockroaches! I hope the kitchen is nothing like the toilet. Now I'm praying that I don't get diarrhea or food poisoning!

I ordered online via GrabFood at 6 PM. It's now 9:22 PM. The app status still shows "in the kitchen." I've waited more than three hours already! My guests and I are still wondering if the pizzas will ever arrive. There's no way to contact them by phone, as all their contact numbers are unreachable.

For those of you who need food fast or on time, I don’t recommend this merchant, as they don’t give updates on the order (I used GrabFood). I tried to call them, but there was no response at all. I see most customers here complaining about the same issue, and somehow the same thing keeps happening, which means nothing is being done by the management.
Our order was delivered 30 minutes late from the time stated. The driver didn’t knock or ring the bell (I got a notification from my door camera).
The food was great, but the delivery process might stress you out.
I really hope Domino's will fix this issue soon.

Do not order from here! I waited over two hours for a cold delivery, and the drink I ordered was missing. The dough was also underbaked. No apologies were offered, because the driver left the order at the doorstep without ringing the doorbell. How can you run a pizza delivery shop like this? They don’t pick up the phone; it sounds like they've taken it off the hook.

Domino's pizza has many offers, and I discovered that getting pizza for four people is as cheap as, or even cheaper than, eating at the local coffee shop. I had two regular pizzas and a chicken side for $22.95. The pizzas are acceptable. The chicken is nice, and the overall service at this branch is good.
