Dr. Chuah Chin Khang was very kind and clearly explained my lipoma issue. He assured me that it wasn't a serious problem and suggested I could have a simple surgery done back in India, where the cost would be lower than in Singapore. I really appreciate his honest advice and the way he made me feel at ease. Thank you, Doctor!

It's my first time visiting this clinic, and I saw Dr. Chuah Chin Khang to get my Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certified for $50 nett.
Dr. Chuah was really caring, patient, and responsible, going through my understanding of the LPA, informing me of things I had to note, and making an extra effort to clarify any further questions I had (when he could have just scanned his Singpass and gotten things over with quickly, just for the money, but he did not).
I could tell he wasn't transactional at all and had the patient's interest at heart, just from that small gesture of doing things right. I highly recommend this clinic! Such good doctors are a rare gem in society nowadays.

I'd like to share my bad experience visiting this clinic at Elias Mall. I was feeling very sick and visited the clinic a few days ago. There were three nurses on duty, but nobody attended to my registration even though I stood in front of the reception for at least five minutes. They were instead chit-chatting with each other, ignoring that I was there. I was feeling weak and dizzy and could only hope they would notice me. When I finally caught their attention, the nurse was rude and seemed unhappy that I disrupted their chat session.
I did manage to see the doctor, who was professional and kind in attending to me. It's such a shame the receptionists didn't do the doctor's professionalism any justice.
Hopefully, this can be improved.

"Dr. Lili at this clinic is very kind, patient, and good. She is very caring and checks details thoroughly. I heard she is only available on Wednesdays and Fridays, which is a shame. She cured my UTI pain when I needed to quickly attend a concert.
All the counter staff are very understanding and kind.
This is a very good neighbourhood clinic. I think it's among the best in Pasir Ris."

"Straightforward and friendly staff, and Dr. Chuah is a good GP. Some waiting is required, as he is more popular than the other clinics next to it. Note that the clinic no longer opens at night."

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible service and a long waiting time. You might as well go to the polyclinic for cheaper and better service and treatment. They often have medication out of stock. In one word, my experience at this clinic can be summed up as: WAIT.

"Google Maps shows it as open, which is confusing."

I went to see the doctor because my daughter was running a fever. I felt that one of the clinic staff members was pretty rude when she was explaining the medications to other parents, and then I experienced it myself. I confirmed with her that I was understanding correctly, as I know administering medication to kids needs to be accurate and meticulous. She sounded annoyed and not forthcoming, assuming that we parents should know everything. I suggest she should voice record how she speaks to parents so she could reflect on her behavior.

First time visit, and I felt dissatisfied and disappointed.
How can your employee interrupt me and ask for payment when another employee is talking to me about my baby's medicine? Do I look like I have four eyes, two brains, and four ears?
The worst part is, you don't have a syringe for my baby to take her medicine. You should know this immediately, without having to search for it!
Do you even do stock counting?
