"Service was good, but the product used seems to be disappointing. I went for a classic medi-pedi two weeks ago and paid $80, including a foot scrub. This is what my nails look like after I cleaned off the nail polish... orange stained just after two weeks. I will not be returning."

DO NOT GO HERE. They are always "busy" to do your brows, even when there's only one customer inside. They'll ask you to buy a package, but you can't even use it because they can't do your brows when you want; you always have to come back, like two hours later, etc. What kind of business runs based on *their* timing on when *they* are free? You can't even get your brows threaded whenever you want. Do not go here; the service is lousy, and the staff is terrible.

"Worst experience ever! I've been a customer for over a year for baby hair waxing, and the last aesthetician who did it for me accidentally waxed my long hair as well, which hurt terribly. She also got wax all over my clothes and ended up cutting off some of my long hair because the wax was stuck. I emailed them hoping someone would get back to me, but nobody responded despite multiple attempts. Don't come here unless you like unprofessional, untrained staff."

The service was okay, but their package management is a mess. I paid for 13 sessions, but the records only show 11, and the staff had no idea why. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply insisted I had used them all—despite different people providing the service each time. Save yourself the frustration and stay away.

I got a manicure and pedicure today at the parlor, and the service was amazingly good. It came out very well. It’s great to know that they have many other services like waxing, henna, hair spa, etc. I would love to go back again, as the quality is very good. Thank you!
