I went to see Dr. Oei for an ear infection. The doctor examined me slowly and patiently, carefully assessing my pain. He used a camera scope to confirm the diagnosis and explained everything clearly. Despite my discomfort, he managed to lighten the mood with his humor, which made the experience much more pleasant. Dr. Oei’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend him!

The doctor and nurses were very kind and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The clinic is very clean and comfortable; I would definitely recommend coming here if you are unwell! Plus, the decorations are so cute! Bonus: They're open throughout the day, which is rare for a clinic! You don't have to feel pressured about what time you must arrive or wonder if they're closed.
