My doggy, Max, had the most fun at Pet Perfect. During his full grooming, the staff took pictures and videos of him and let him roam around the store to be comfortable with the new environment. My doggy enjoyed his grooming so much he didn’t want to leave with me when I came to pick him up 😭😭. Such a great experience; can’t wait to be back!

I always look forward to bringing my baby Mimi for grooming at Pet Perfect Groomers. I love the warm lights and the cozy, clean ambiance, which is perfect for Mimi to be groomed in. Lady Boss Fiona and groomer Regine are both warm, friendly, and equally attentive and consistent in their grooming services. Mimi always comes out smelling lovely and neatly groomed. And if there are any ear or skin issues, they will all be well taken care of by them. The best part is Mimi still looks groomed even after two weeks! I've also noticed on a couple of occasions when I'm late to fetch Mimi, Fiona will be there to accompany and comfort her to calm her nerves…😍. Pet Perfect Groomers' charges are reasonable, and the merchandise sold there is pretty good too. So far, I’ve bought their pee pads, shampoo, ear lotion, and bone & hip supplement, which works very well on Mimi. I'm so blessed to have such excellent groomers like Pet Perfect Groomers within walking distance from my home. For all the above, they definitely deserve a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me 😉🥰!!

I love how much attention and detail they give to each pet. They are very patient, and they treat pet owners with respect and empathize with our buddies' emotions. I know my pug can be a handful at nail trimming, so they file her nails down instead of cutting them, as she's more comfortable with that. She always comes back feeling relaxed, smelling nice and fresh, with her fur super clean and soft. I can see that my pug feels at home whenever we arrive at the shop, as she'll walk in to be groomed herself. Also, with their expertise, I really appreciate them for kindly informing me of areas of concern to pay special attention to. + Excellent customer service + Seriously underrated and deserves more recognition 💖
