Bought a pack of rotten vegetables. This isn't the first time this has happened. Since the vegetables are sealed and packed, you don't know until you open them when you get home.

"The map shows the wrong entrance. You have to park inside via block 615. š„µš„µš„µ"

"Like the Ustars here, and the one at Tampines West, they usually have a good selection of fruits. The staff are also friendly and helpful, and can show you where items are located. Prices are reasonable as well."

It's open 24 hours, the staff are friendly, and you can find all your daily needs there ā from groceries to fruits and vegetables ā at relatively lower prices than supermarkets, especially alcohol.

Prices are cheaper than Sheng Siong. For example, Spring Home Spring Roll Sheets: Sheng Siong $3.50, U Stars $2.25. Yes, I'm not kidding!

This was my first visit to the supermarket, and I was there because I was thirsty. After selecting a bottled drink, the price didn't match at the checkout. The cashier said the promotion was over. I looked back and pointed out the price tag on the shelf, noting that there wasn't any end date stated on the tag, so it should be sold at the shelf price. The cashier then checked with the manager, who was passing by, and the manager gave permission to sell it at the price tag shown. I was happy that the supermarket ultimately honored the price; however, the staff shouldn't have just said the promotion was over. Under consumer rights, consumers can exercise their right to check if price tags don't match the cash register. Consumers should be sold the item at the price listed on the price tag.

"They have what you need, necessities like NTUC and Sheng Siong, with prices about the same. Accessibility is good, and parking is nearby if you use the multi-storey car park or the quick parking spots. The aisles may be a bit small, but it's good for a quick buy, and you'll be fine if you avoid peak hours."

"The night shift staff are rude and horrendous. They made unnecessary, sarcastic remarks simply because they didn't agree with personal opinions being shared among customers, even though no input was needed from them. I hope management will look into this."

Good place to get groceries.
