Additive Manufacturing Engineer

Job Scope:

Responsible for day- to- day AM Operations: FDM, DMLS and Hybrid DMLS, process planning, engineering, design, and cost calculations in support of the entire additive manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

To design conforming cooling channel inserts and jigs and fixtures and prepare AM process planning and set up and ensure all AM machines are efficiently utilized and products are printed with the best quality with the shortest delivery time. Taking into considerations:

• Cost effectiveness in AM process and design and post processing
• Customers’ requirements

Qualifications and experience:

• Diploma with 3 years working experience or Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of the different additive manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of computer aided design (CAD), Auto-CAD 360 fusion.
• Innovative and creative thinking, excited by the opportunity to work with leading edge technology.

Training:

Successful candidates will undergo an AM On the Job (OJT) program.
