We are currently looking for Childcare English Teacher to join our growing dynamic team and be committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional development.

Reporting to the Campus Principal/Senior Manager, you will be responsible with the planning and preparation of thought provoking, challenging educational and fun activities for children. You will also need to build effective and healthy partnership with team members, families and the community through effective, respectful relationships and open communication.

The Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient centre operations in alignment with industry regulations and My Little Campus’ standard operating procedures
• Uphold and reinforce high standards in health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene practices across the centre
• Champion the vision, mission, and core values of the centre, fostering alignment among staff and stakeholders
• Implement strategies to cultivate a strong culture of mentorship, coaching, and continuous staff development
• Develop and implement proactive solutions to support staff in overcoming operational and professional challenges
• Lead the implementation of effective classroom management practices, drawing from proven methodologies beyond the centre level
• Monitor and assess the impact of initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of the learning environment
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture, encouraging teamwork and shared ownership
• Guide and support efforts in parent engagement and community partnership, ensuring strong home-centre collaboration

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
• Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
• Experience in leading and managing the team
• Experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or with a capacity of at least 80 ~ 120 children has an added advantage
