Customer Service Executive (Air Freight)

• Manage new and existing clients.
• Respond to daily customer services duties
• Manage clients' booking with airlines or coloaders
• Manage clients' logistics request and needs
• Input shipment detail and job costing into the freight systems
• Check costing and accept or dispute any vendors billing not in line with quotation.
• Maintain good customer service relationship with local and oversea clients/agents, airlines representatives and coloaders.
• Other duties as may be delegated by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years' of related work experience.
• Good understanding of airlines or coloaders
• Experiences with shipping procedures.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated.
• Customer oriented
• High endurance
• Able to work under pressure
• Certificate with Transport Logistics or DGR will be added advantage.
