Fundraising Executive

· Achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned fundraising events and campaigns.

· Manage key donor accounts, which include regular communications, tracking donations, and development of the donor engagement plan

· Strategize, evaluate, and develop plans to build donor and volunteer networks, engagement, and relationship management

· Identify donor prospects and garner new donors

· Increase monthly giving

· Implement and manage the execution of plans and activities to achieve set fundraising and engagement objectives

· Provide strategic input on the messaging angles and approaches of fundraising appeals

· Provide data analyses on campaign performances and available donor data with the view to enhancing donations, relationships, and engagement outcomes

· Manage donor acquisition, appreciation, and retention strategies

· Ensure donations and gifts are stewarded according to the donors’ intentions and provide reports on their impact. Prepare and manage the submission of fundraising grant proposals and applications to government and corporate donors/funders, in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Prepare materials and collaterals for donor outreach

· Ensure fundraising complies with regulatory requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Post creative and interesting content about COH events or client activities involving Fundraising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, etc.

• Collaborate with Community Relations Team to drive and support ongoing fundraising and donor-related volunteering activities, while raising awareness of COH beneficiaries and their needs.

• Participates in off-site event and promotional inquiries and invitations collaborating with Community Relations Team to identify new outreach opportunities.
