Payroll Executive at Tampines - 5 days

• Ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of payroll transactions
• Calculate and process medical and dental reimbursement claims
• Update and maintain payroll records
• Ensure compliance with legal payroll obligations, including the preparation/submission of CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS Pay, leave settlements, and employee claims.
• Attend to inquiries from employees regarding payroll
• Distribution of payslips to employees
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and other payroll reports as required by management
• Other any ad-hoc jobs assigned

Requirements

• Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
• Team player with a positive work attitude
• Good Time Management
• Good communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• At least 2 years of working experience in payroll experience.
• Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma and above in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Knowledge of Paymaster will be an advantage
