Dr. Moira is patient and willing to listen to my toddler son's words. I can feel that she is sincere in attending to him, and I can see that she is trying to connect with my three-year-old son to make him feel comfortable and at ease. I like her approach and will visit the clinic again if there's a need. The price is reasonable; comparing it with the quality and service provided, I feel it's really worth it. The ambiance is very cozy for both kids and adults. Both receptionists are friendly and willing to listen as well. Overall, it's really a thumbs up for everything – doctor, receptionists, and environment. Parking is also convenient, sheltered all the way in case of rainy weather.
As first-time parents to a newborn, we were anxious about our baby's well-being. Dr. Chia and the nurses were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all our questions. He will definitely be our pediatrician of choice for our baby moving forward. Plus point: the clinic is nice, spacious, and clean.
I like to buy things at Japan Home, but one sales lady/cashier working at the Elias branch, I think she's PRC, didn’t bother to entertain customers. She seemed more interested in entertaining a guy, like she was courting him. Not a very responsible sales lady.
I unfortunately had to give one star, as I was otherwise unable to post a review. That's the extent of the rudeness a customer experiences at this shop. I went in to buy face masks because I had to visit the doctor. They said that only a box could be sold, not individual masks. I agreed. However, there was no help locating the item amongst their utterly mysterious display of inventory, or to find it either. The need to continue with their gossip was paramount for the two customer service staff. Very bad for a brand that should ideally embody a polite and respectful culture in a country that prides itself on its service culture.
"This stall offers all the standard items found at other Japan Home outlets. However, unlike most stores, this one has wider walkways and a more neatly arranged selection of goods."
Every time I go here, I end up waiting in line for quite a long time. This is usually because the cashier is having some sort of problem with the cash register.
I love Japan Home; it's a one-stop shop for my kitchen and household needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, too. I like how they give discounts to customers; it really helps us buy more as it stretches our budget.
