Eve of Hari Raya. Receptionist Chris helped me land a doctor's appointment. Will be going soon. Impressed by the service, despite the holiday.

"Great place with a fantastic doctor."

Last night I had a toothache and took time off work hoping to see a dentist. Every dental clinic was fully booked, requiring me to wait in a queue for an appointment. After calling several dental clinics, I called Yen Dental, and the receptionist's only question was, "Is it an emergency?" I told her that I had been feeling the pain all night. She paused for a while and asked if this evening would be alright with me; I said that time worked for me. When I reached the clinic, I saw that their operating hours were until 8 pm, but my appointment was at 8:15 pm, which was the earliest I could make it after work. After an x-ray, the doctor presented me with two options: to do a root canal treatment or just remove the tooth. I decided to do the root canal treatment. As the kind doctor was performing the treatment, she discovered that the cause was actually my wisdom tooth squeezing onto the teeth next to it, and the nerve wasn't pinched too badly and could be saved. The doctor immediately presented another option to remove my wisdom tooth instead, as I would need to remove it at a later date anyway. The whole procedure was very well handled with minimum discomfort. It took a good two hours, and I was done. For those who need immediate help to solve their dental problem, do call Yen Dental. I am sure you will be pleased and thankful, just like me. I strongly recommend them!
