I had the most pleasant visit to the dentist! Yes, I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's true, thanks to Dr. Joel Goh, who made it possible. He explained the how, what, and why before proceeding with the treatment. He was gentle in his tone and patient. I'm terribly terrified of going to the dentist—the screeching of the dental tools on an already sensitive tooth or swollen gums doesn’t help to lessen my anxiety. So, Dr. Goh suggested an injection to numb my gums, and thereafter, it was almost paradise!

I have been visiting Q&M for many years, mostly seeing Dr. Sam. He is very patient and explained every option to salvage my tooth when I visited him on December 8th. He wasn't "pushy" in any way about doing a certain treatment, but shared the pros and cons of various options, most importantly trying his best to keep my tooth. Dr. Sam is also very gentle in the cleaning, polishing, and performing of fillings on my "problematic" molar tooth, and frequently checked in to see if I was alright during the filling process. Thank you, Dr. Sam!

I'm very impressed with Q&M Elias. I called to arrange a last-minute wisdom tooth surgery, and Pearly attended to me promptly. I'm so thankful that Dr. Joel Goh was on duty. Knowing that I was nervous about the surgery, he talked me through each step of the process and assured me that things were progressing well. Dr. Joel Goh's skills and service attitude are excellent. I had three teeth extracted, and there was no pain whatsoever. The doctor is also very careful and always attentive to my condition.

I just sent my domestic worker to get her toothache treated. Dr. Joel attended to us. It turned out that her wisdom tooth was badly damaged. Dr. Joel was reassuring and calm, even after seeing such a terrible condition of oral health. The extraction was done within minutes. His steady and confident manner gives the patient a comforting experience. The nurse, Hwee Yee, is also friendly and helpful. My helper couldn't speak any English, but they patiently waited for me to translate line by line to her. A wonderful team indeed.
