"I've ordered from this outlet twice before, and both times were extremely disappointing. The tea tastes as if it's been brewed for a week – extremely bitter and completely undrinkable. I've always enjoyed iTea, but definitely not from this branch. It's a complete waste of money."

I remember the time one of the new part-timers keyed in my go-to order incorrectly. I was too shy to say anything, but one of the full-time staff noticed it and changed it for me.
