I went for a visit and was told there would be a 20-minute wait, but it took them 2 hours to attend to me. The reason was that people had come early to get a ticket, went home, and returned whenever they wanted. Even though their appointment time had long passed, the receptionist let them go ahead of us without making them wait at all. Their waiting system is terrible. If you don't want to waste your entire day, go to another doctor. The receptionists have the social skills of a 3-year-old; they were unable to give an answer and unable to be proactive.

Despite having only 6-7 people in line, I've been waiting for close to 3 hours to see the doctor. Each patient is taking around 15-20 minutes, and medical reviews are further delaying the process. I'm not trying to be entitled, but shouldn't the clinic prioritize patients who are genuinely ill and schedule medical reviews for the afternoon?

I called the clinic today at 11:18 AM to ask if they were open and if I could get a queue number. The person who answered said they were open and would close at 12:00 PM, but they couldn't issue queue numbers over the phone. I said I would arrive before they closed, and asked if they would close early. She said they might stop accepting patients early if there were too many. I arrived at 11:45 AM and saw the clinic lights were off, with no patients or staff inside. Their working hours are a joke for sick patients. It's a waste of sick people's time and energy to arrive on time, only to go home without being treated. They should just tell people the correct closing time when they call. Horrible staff on the phone.

"The queue management system was horrible. I was made to wait an extra 15 minutes with a 39.5C fever for the cleaning lady to clean the doctor’s room, when this could easily be done afterward. This was my most uncomfortable visit thus far."

I truly appreciate Dr. Vivien's incredible patience and dedication. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and carefully investigate the cause of my pain. Her attentiveness and professionalism made me feel genuinely cared for. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Visited today and was disappointed with the receptionist. Clinic Assistant Amy doesn't seem to know how to prioritize patients and takes her time with registration. Her colleague, on the other hand, had to help pick up the pace and do most of the work. I think that colleague is new as well. I hope the professionalism of the staff is looked into.

Visited the clinic around 2 p.m. on a weekday. Dr. Vivien Ang was really good. She was very thorough, really checking what was wrong and how to help me. I felt heard and well taken care of.

"I just wanted to do a pre-departure ART test. They said there would be a 3-hour wait. I said I needed to check with my mum if she could wait that long. The staff insisted I register first, saying if I registered then, they could slot me in and do it right away. So, I did. After spending so much time registering, waiting, and doing the declaration, she told me she needed to find the ART kits. After waiting a while, she said, "Oh! I can't find it, you need to leave!" I had asked her in the first place, when she asked for all my mother's particulars and keyed everything in, why spend so much of my time doing all these unnecessary things just to ask me to leave? Eventually, another staff member said the product was actually expired, so they couldn't do it. Not only was my time wasted, but my taxi fare as well. Highly not recommended. The staff member (Whitmey) was rude. Now I can see why they only have 2.4 stars in their Google review. I regret going there."

"The nurse at the Elias branch who seems to be in charge is rigid and terrible, totally lacking empathy! The clinic officially closes at 3:30 PM, but they stopped accepting patients (there were 6 ahead of me) when I arrived at 2:40 PM. I tried to call and speak to the doctor at 3:20 PM, but no one picked up the call."

"Smooth and pleasant health check-up this morning. The reception lady was cheerful and efficient, taking care of registration, ECG, weight/eyesight checks, and forms. Dr. Vivian was professional and pleasant as well."
